Here are some things about me:
I’m a Montreal-based interdisciplinary creative lady with experience spanning photography, research, writing, and visual communication. I have an MA in Media Studies from Concordia University, and a BA in Creative Industries from Toronto Metropolitan University (formerly Ryerson). I do everything with a whole lot of critical thought, curiosity, and care. I always have something to say, and I say it best in dialogue, in excess, in images, in lists.
Here are some things I like at the moment:
Looking around, playing with text, the thingness of things, the stories we tell, flea markets and estate sales, old books, everyday absurdities, wiggly dancing, funny faces, collage, essays, mundanities, minutiae, marginalia, relationality, windows, the poetics of customer reviews, value circulation, meaning-making, pickled things, networks, silliness and rigour, print ephemera, primary colours, screenshots, sidenotes and digressions, generative constraints, how words move, how pasts and futures exist in the present, collective knowledge-creation, ‘‘‘‘progress’’’’
