IRL/URL is a collaborative strategic proposal for the Toronto Comic Arts Festival (TCAF).

As part of my undergraduate coursework, I had the opportunity to work with TCAF to tackle challenges related to managing growth within limited space and young adult (YA) festival turnout. In response to these issues, my group proposed a two-part interconnected solution: to treat Instagram as a year-round community space that complements the in-person festival and to implement an incentivized passport program.

We were shortlisted to present IRL/URL in front of industry partners and our cohort, and were awarded with the student vote for best project.

I undertook the proposal and presentation design. Concept, research, and writing done in collaboration with Victoria Lacie, Naomi Manio, Lucie Mink, and Emilia Miranda Idiens.
